About me

Let me introduce myself

I'm a ServiceNow developer who designs, builds and supports solutions on the Now Platform across ITSM, HRSD, custom scoped applications, integrations and AI Control Tower, with a lot of platform scripting along the way. As a senior consultant at a Big 4 firm I've delivered ServiceNow work for global enterprise clients, and I've also built and run platforms for large IT services teams and fast-moving start-ups.

My work covers the full lifecycle: understanding requirements, designing the solution, building it, testing it and releasing it, in both Agile and Waterfall teams. I write server- and client-side scripts, build flows, catalog items and record producers, and connect ServiceNow with HR and IT systems through REST and SOAP integrations.

I also look after platform health: upgrades and patching, performance monitoring, data imports, and moving changes safely between instances. Before ServiceNow I built Java web applications for HR, finance and payroll, which still helps when I design HR processes today.
